SAL group, a division of Industrial Alliance Pacific insurance and financial company, recently launched their new brochure website for their dealers and customers. The clean design and user-friendly layout is a testament to the effectiveness of comprehensive user-testing.

Industrial Alliance Pacific already had a website for their organization, but information for SAL group was tucked away underneath levels of navigation and did not stand out. They wanted a new multilingual website for SAL group that would be an online information resource for it’s dealers and a customer service access point for consumers. Additionally, the website is a great platform for sharing news, events listings, publications, and career postings with the Industrial Alliance Pacific company.
The new website utilizes some great technology, such as site search, FAQ expansion, Google maps integration, and is managed completely internally through a content management system (Drupal).
Tidal collaborated closely with SAL /IAP over almost 2 years to plan, develop, and refine the website. The web team at SAL is thrilled with the result and look forward to continuing to grow their business and becoming industry leaders.
