Account Team (Account Directors, Coordinators)
Our account team is brilliant. No, we’re not bragging. We have to be excellent at digital strategy, usability, prototyping and project management. It’s this skill set which allows us to consistently generate great results for our clients.
We provide excellent training and processes to support our account team. We also have senior partners with decades of experience who are able ensure each project is executed successfully.
We conduct regular Lunch and Learns where we share our experience and educate one another. We invite industry experts to continually build our skill set. All employees have an education budget they can spend at their own discretion and we have a continually growing educational library.
Production Team (Development and Programming)
Our developers are rocket scientist. They work seamlessly with the account team, are adaptive, hard working and reliable.
The production team is constantly exploring new technologies. Although we have areas of expertise (like Drupal) we are not dependent upon one technology. Our developers invest time each week learning about new technologies.
Suppliers have well defined roles, respect and live our core values. In turn, they are treated as a part of the Tidal team.
The agency grows by word of mouth. We are sought out by industry experts and are regular guest speakers for universities, the media, and our company culture is featured in magazines.
We have a large number of predictable leads each month. We are able to pick the customers we want to work with.
We also practice what we preach. We have total transparency into the source of new business. We have dashboards and measurements for all important key performance indicators, everything from the effectiveness of a specific keyword to gross profit of each project.
