Tidal was recommended to the City of Vancouver. The whole experience went very well, there was excellent communication everyone was very responsive and able to deliver great results under very, very tight timelines. When it came to the technology Tidal made some great recommendations. They have a strong understanding of web strategy and social media.

Our high level goals were to ensure that the new web site had a professional look and feel, it was easy to use and enabled visitors to quickly find the information they were looking for.
Results:
- Positive responses from client and users – By launching this project on time and on budget, we were fortunate to receive immediate feedback from the Asia Pacific Foundation’s board after the site was presented to them when they all met just two days after the site’s launch. Their responses were very positive; they were both impressed and excited with the new site. For the end-users of the site, the response has been that it is much easier to find what they are looking for; and simply “looks better.”
- Easier for staff to manage - It was important for us in creating this site that it would be very easy for non-technical Asia Pacific Foundation staff members to edit and update. So far the response that we have received has indicated that this has been successful. One frequent comment has been how much they enjoy the ability to inline-edit almost every block of text on the site. The foundation has indicated that the staff members are becoming rather attached to the new site.
