Usability and User testing > Baseline Testing

In this form of testing we get a group user’s together to test out different tasks on your current site. We take their feedback and responses from your current site and use that information when developing a new wireframe layout.

Once the wireframe is completed, we bring that same group of users back and have them go through the same user tasks.  We compare their feedback the second time around to their initial responses.

If there is a substantial sign of improvement with the user tasks we then proceed on to design and development. If there are still some areas that need to be refined we update the wireframe and then test again until we are satisfied with the end process.
