So you can agree that your website is important, but how do you measure success? We’ll provide you with statistics, to show you what your ROI looks like. Our iterative web design and development process ensures you have input at every step – and the finished product will be beyond your highest expectations.
But it doesn’t have to (or shouldn’t!) end there – your business is evolving – new customers, new initiatives, news & events, new directors, new service offerings. We can put a plan in place to ensure your website keeps up with you!
Our Web Design and Development Process:
Designed to deliver results

1. Web Project Discovery Research
We start by asking a lot of questions and amassing a lot of data that will be used to shape and communicate the expectations of the project. We go deep in understanding the site’s target users and competitors. This research also helps with the beginnings of Search Engine Optimization.
2. Website Structure & Wire Frame
The structure and wire frame step is where the hands-on work begins. Developing structure is all about content and information strategy; determining how to organize information so that site users can find it quickly and easily, allowing for a constant logical structure across all pages. We will create a well-devised plan that will lay the foundation for everything to come, including visual design.
3. Website Design
Designing the visual face of any site is the focus of this exciting step. At this stage, all design and copy elements are created based on the established information design, as well as the tone and goals set forth in the creative brief. The design is then approved, refined and tested.
4. Website Build & Test
Step 4 is where we put all the pieces together and make them work. Production merges content, design and HTML/Programming into the completed site. In this step, we take care of the back end technical implementation (database, server environment, etc). This is also the time when we conduct quality assurance (QA) testing on your site. The site gets tested against your requirements. We test for HTML fluidity. We run QA. We identify bugs, prioritize the fixes, and then fix them. We get user feedback and iron out any kinks.
5. Website Launch
When the site has been tested we prepare for launch. Staff training takes place in this phase as well. We will train your IT Department or staff charged with content management to update and maintain the new site.
6. Website Performance Measurement
As a final step in our web development process, we’ll review the metrics for success and hold a post-project review meeting. Additionally, quarterly reviews and website performance report cards can be scheduled to ensure that the website continues to be effective.
